About Summerlin West
The Summerlin West neighborhood is broken up into two villages, The Paseos Village and the Vistas Village. Both of these villages are located in the greater Summerlin area which is one the west side of the Las Vegas, NV valley. Summerlin West is bordered on the east by the 215 and the southern border is Charleston Boulevard. These residential communities are huddled alongside the foothills of the Spring Mountain range near the Red Rock Conservation area, which is also Nevada’s first National Conservation area.
Living in Summerlin West
Many of the homeowners living in Summerlin West prefer privacy and security. Therefore, many of these residents choose to live in one of the gated communities of this neighborhood. The Summerlin West community association has two beautiful neighborhood parks for residents to enjoy. Paseos Park is a 12-acre community park that’s complete with a soccer field, T-ball field, and a basketball court. THere is also a water play area, picnic areas, and open turf areas for the whole family to enjoy. The Vistas Park is a 24-acre park that is complete with a lighted football field, softball fields, and even a concession building. Summerlin West is truly a haven for residents of the Las Vegas Valley!
